UK Orders

We like to support our local post office and send all of our parcels as Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. The Price for this starts at £4.45 and increases depending on the weight and size of your parcel.

If you need your parcel quickly and also want it to be tracked, you can opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery in the checkout - with this option we can send you a tracking code and your parcel will be with you on the next day after dispatch (please note that order processing times still apply).

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We also offer a shop collection option for those of you who live in the local area. We will email you once your shop collection order has been processed and is ready to collect. Collection can only take place within the stores opening hours (see opening hours here).

International Orders

We like to support our local post office and send all of our International parcels as Royal Mail International Tracked delivery, unless the order exceeds standard parcel size and is shipped using Parcelforce Worldwide Tracked. The Price for this varies based on where in the world the shipping address is and increases depending on the weight and size of your parcel.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Make sure you research import tax and customs duties charges relevant to the destination of your order - Craftmongers are not financially responsible for any charges that may occur due to import tax and customs duties.

We are not responsible for any delays in the arrival of your order after it has been dispatched, but one of our team are always happy to help investigate the whereabouts of your parcel with the royal mail.

Please specify if you would like your order gift wrapped at the checkout.

Returns

We hope that you will love your purchase from our store but if for any reason your order is not up to scratch, then please return this to us within 21 days of the purchase by following our returns procedure, whilst providing the items are in an unused condition and sent with original packaging.   • Email us (at info@ashburtoncraftmongers.com) with ‘RETURN’ clearly stated in the subject heading of the email. Please state the name that you made your purchase with, your order number, the product you are returning, and why you wish to.

  • We accept returns for items that do not fit, did not fit the description, or have arrived broken or damaged.

  • Products returned to us must be in a resaleable condition (unless products suffered from damage within the process of posting).

  • Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached (if applicable)

  • Please make sure within the returned package you have left a note stating your name and return details so we know who to refund once your parcel arrives back with us.

After we have received your item, in an unused and a suitable condition, we will refund you for the original paid cost of the product (not inclusive of original postage costs).

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods.

With the exception of faulty goods, Craftmongers is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
