The honey-like sweetness of lime flower and apple are balanced with the earthy, soothing taste of nettle. Lime trees are an indicator species of ancient woodland. The flowers can aid sleep, calm the mind and protect the body against stress.

The clean taste of sea buckthorn leaf is blended with the ocean coolness of wild mint and the sweetness of fennel and chamomile. The leaves of sea buckthorn have traditionally been brewed for the high levels of flavonoids, antioxidants and vitamins they contain which can help to rejuvenate and relax the body.

Engage the senses with the smell of pine and the subtle fresh taste of birch leaves. People of the cold north traditionally brewed a pine tea as a source of vitamin C and as a cleansing antioxidant. Birch is used as a detoxifier, it is a tree symbolic of renewal and purification.
